the best bracelet in the world
I was expecting a standard watch strap, but this is a work of art. The finish is impeccable, and it truly was a great purchase. I recommend it 100%. The included tool makes adjusting it to the correct size very easy and safe.

Value for money and fantastic service
This is my first purchase from Burga and have been impressed by the product and their customer service. The product arrive within 7-8 days after order confirmation. There was a slight hiccup with the bracelet that it was unable to clip in. I contacted the customer service on a Saturday expecting a response on Monday but to my surprise, they responded within 2 hours. I was asked to take a short video to explain the problem which make total sense. And within the next hour, arrangement has been made to send me a new one. I received the new one within the same timeline and was perfect this time. I needed to shorten the bracelet due to small wrist, and small tool was ent with it. I have to say it wasn’t as easy to remove the pin initially as it was tight. But overall it was a very positive experience and I would visit the shop again for other watch straps.
