El producto es muy bonito y parece de calidad. Fue para un regalo y la persona quedó encantada.

Estoy descontenta con el tiempo de envío. Tardaron casi una semana en enviarlo y el producto tardó más de dos semanas en llegar. Todo ello sin recibir ningún tipo de información acerca de la localización del envío. Contacté varias veces con el servicio de Atención al Cliente y tampoco me sirvieron de ayuda.
