Great customer service
I had originally bought a hard case that came defective and broke within a week of buying it, so I sent an email to customer service and got an answer that very same day apologizing for any possible factory defects and asking me if I would rather get a reimbursement or another case to replace the broken one. I chose to get another case, as I honestly thing they are very pretty and overall very resistant. My phone has not had a single scratch or blow since I have been using their covers, and honestly I know that factory mistakes can happen. They sent me a new case at their own cost (even let me choose a different model) and it arrived really quickly. This second case had no problems, and the person that I exchanged emails with was super helpful and willing to correct their mistake right away. I recommend.
